Job summary

Marmon Aerospace & Defense LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to join our on-site quality team. The role covers lab testing, final staging, and documentation to support high-precision wire and cable manufacturing.

You will report to the Quality Manager, work with the Quality Team Lead, and ensure AS9100 compliance, strict paperwork accuracy, and safe, clean working conditions. A high school diploma and experience in QA labs are preferred, with proficiency in Office and ERP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior QA lab experience in wire/cable manufacturing is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lab testing and line inspections of products.
• Manage final staging from respool to shipping and verify paperwork.
• Document quality issues and notify teams of deviations.
• Maintain AS9100-compliant records and internal QMS.
• Keep lab and office areas clean and safe.
• Support special projects per supervisor direction.
