Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading lab or QA teams in manufacturing.
• Experience in wire/cable manufacturing preferred.
• AS9100 quality environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Continuous Improvement: coach safety and 5S; write near miss reports.
• Manage daily testing workflow and lab capacity; record findings.
• Lead quality meetings and support cross-functional projects and engineering requests.
• Mentor Lab Technicians, cover shifts, and back up team members as needed.
