Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Columbia, SC is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform routine lab and packaging analysis on raw materials, in-process and finished products to ensure quality and specifications. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced beverage facility, collaborating across Brewing and Packaging teams.

You will operate and maintain lab equipment including Alcolyzer, DMA, pH meters, GC, HPLC and spectrophotometers, follow SOPs,

Qualifications

• HS/associate degree or 1+ year of lab/bev experience.
• Experience in beverage manufacturing or QC preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends/holidays.
• Proficient in Excel and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lab and packaging analysis on materials and products.
• Maintain lab equipment and comply with SOPs.
• Audit finished goods and monitor production specs.
• Support inventory and safety programs.
• Assist in non-conforming product management.
