Job summary

Sundt is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure materials, components, and processes meet standards. You will inspect, document findings, and collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.

Ideal candidates have detail orientation, experience with inspection tools, and knowledge of quality management systems. This role supports ongoing audits and continuous improvement efforts within our manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of quality inspection or QA experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Basic computer skills and data-entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing QC plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Document inspection results and maintain records per policies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Identify non-conforming materials and initiate corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Use precision inspection tools to verify conformance.
