Job summary

RGC is seeking a quality‑driven professional to join the production floor. You will verify dimensions for first piece, in‑process, and final inspections, while safeguarding the supply chain by inspecting incoming materials and approving outgoing orders.

You’ll read blueprints and control plans, program CMM routines on PC‑DMIS/Modus, and operate precision instruments on a fast-paced CNC environment. Calibration and quality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of manufacturing and/or quality assurance experience.
• Skilled at blueprint reading and applying precision measurement tools.
• Proficiency in basic math and geometry; calibration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own dimensional verification: first piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Safeguard the supply chain by inspecting incoming materials and approving outgoing orders.
• Read blueprints, specs, and control plans to turn requirements into reality.
• Program and execute CMM routines on manual and CNC systems (PC‑DMIS / Modus preferred).
• Operate micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators, CMMs, and gear inspection equipment.
• Maintain calibration records and contribute to internal audits and supplier quality activities.
