Job summary

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspections, checks, and tests for quality control in the fabrication of metal products.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–3 years of quality inspection experience, the ability to read blueprints, strong communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office. This is an in-person, full-time role in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of quality inspector experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Performs final quality inspection of finished products in accordance with established procedures.
• Documents all instances of rejected products or raw material problems in daily production reports.
• Inspects incoming raw materials as materials are received.
• Documents quality inspection reports for each order.
• Creates and maintains current files for all quality related correspondence.
• Resolves customer complaints or problems regarding rejected or non-conforming products.
• Reports unusual discrepancies or problems to management.
• Suggests new testing or inspection methods to minimize inspection effort.
• Trains co-workers in quality control concepts as requested.
• Performs necessary maintenance of equipment as needed.
• Scan floor folders to project files.
