Aero Tech Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to support its manufacturing operations. This role involves inspecting parts to verify they meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards, using precision measuring tools.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, work with production to address quality concerns, and maintain accurate inspection records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured parts and components.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, workmanship, defects, and conformance to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
• Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or parts.
• Work with production personnel to address quality concerns and prevent recurring defects.
• Verify completed products meet customer and internal quality requirements prior to release.
• Follow established quality procedures, inspection processes, and safety requirements.
• Maintain an organized inspection area and documentation.
