Job summary

Burke Aerospace is seeking a Quality Inspector to oversee the inspection of all products and raw materials under the direction of the Quality Manager.

You will use fixed and variable measuring instruments to check dimensions and record results, ensuring adherence to Work Instructions and maintaining the inspection stamp. OSHA/quality procedures must be followed; experience with MS Office and ERPs is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of inspection experience preferred (non-aerospace acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail and integrity; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Use measuring instruments to check dimensions and record results.
• Perform calculations to determine nonconformance and complete paperwork.
• Ensure Work Instructions are followed and maintain inspection stamps.
• Recognize when equipment needs repair or replacement and coordinate accordingly.
• Support continuous improvement and manage competing priorities.
