Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or coursework in manufacturing, quality, or inspection preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, in-process inspection, or final inspection preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, inspection criteria, and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects, nonconforming material, and process deviations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections throughout production to verify products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct final inspections on finished products prior to shipment to ensure compliance with order requirements.
• Follow sampling plans, inspection frequencies, and procedures within the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Identify nonconforming material and initiate containment to prevent progression of defects.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, and quality reports; support data collection and trend analysis.
• Support cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and investigations as needed.
