Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Quality Control Specialist I to join our manufacturing operations on multiple shifts in Arkansas. You will verify raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products, using precision measurement tools and GD&T drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.

You will document results, support root-cause analysis, and participate in internal audits and training. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to work across shifts to maintain product quality and

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of product inspection experience.
• Must follow procedures and read GD&T with tight tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with SPC data analysis and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Check, test, and inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished goods.
• Read complex drawings and apply tight tolerances during inspection.
• Input and analyze data using SPC software; document results.
• Operate inspection equipment and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Train others on inspection procedures and GD&T.
• Perform internal audits and ensure compliance.
• Work multiple shifts and coordinate with teams.
• Approve finished products and coordinate rework when needed.
