Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of experience in product inspection or quality control.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to read complex drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment and CMMs.
• Proficient in MS Office and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and measurement inspections using precision equipment and CMMs.
• Accept or reject parts based on specifications and communicate adjustments as needed.
• Read complex technical drawings and apply tight tolerances in inspection.
• Record statistical data and analyze quality trends with SPC software.
• Train others in inspection procedures and ensure consistency with standards.
