Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished fasteners for defects.
• Use micrometers, calipers, thread plug and ring gages, optical comparators to verify tolerances.
• Document inspection results in Excel and generate quality reports in Word.
• Maintain records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
