Job summary

PrecisionX Group is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure deep draw metal stamped parts meet customer specifications, engineering requirements, and internal standards. This role performs first piece, in-process, and final inspections, interpreting GD&T, and maintaining meticulous inspection records.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in quality, at least one year in manufacturing QA, and hands-on experience with precision measurement tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in quality field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of quality-related experience in manufacturing (machining or stamping).
• Experience with GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and precision measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections on deep draw stamped components.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T; use calipers, micrometers, height gauges and other tools.
• Document inspection results following company procedures.
• Assist in nonconformance containment and corrective action support.
