Job summary

GWS Tool Group is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure all products meet customer and company standards by inspecting end mills and form tools at the end of production.

You will coordinate calibration and servicing of inspection equipment, perform process and final inspections, and record disposition data. Strong geometry, blueprint reading, and manufacturing experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training is expected.
• Experience or training in tool and cutter related work is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is required and geometry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cutting tools with tight tolerances and verify geometry per blueprints.
• Approve or reject items and record inspection data.
• Coordinate calibration and servicing of inspection equipment.
• Perform process and final inspections and assist in etching IDs.
• Prepare procedures for reference in future inspections.
