Job summary

Machine Sciences Corp. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Tualatin, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring precision‑machined components meet engineering specifications and quality standards.

Your duties will include conducting detailed inspections, preparing reports, and working collaboratively with engineers and production teams. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision plans, and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a quality control inspector or equivalent.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions independently.
• Must be methodical, thorough, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspection of components.
• Prepare First Article & In Process Inspection reports.
• Provide feedback related to product quality.
• Assist in defining and executing internal audits.

Skills

Calypso software experience

Ability to run CMM with basic programming

Excellent verbal and written communication

Demonstrated knowledge of statistics

Proficient using Microsoft Office
