HEICO is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure all manufactured products meet customer specifications and quality requirements under the company Quality & Operations Management System, AS9100 and ISO standards.

You will read drawings, GD&T, and specs, perform precision inspections, document findings, and support inspection plans, SPCs, and non-conformance processes to drive continuous improvement and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, GD&T and Technical Specifications.
• Demonstrate skill in the accurate use of precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Document and report all inspection findings and results.
• Carry out In Process Inspection, Incoming Goods Inspection and verify purchased product.
• Carry out Final Goods Inspection and prepare Inspection Plans, SPCs, COCs.
• Identify, segregate and log Non-Conformances.
• Monitor and follow up on Corrective Actions to inspection findings.
• Ensure that all product fall within standards as required by the customer’s purchase order, drawings, specifications.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, GD&T and Technical Specifications.
• Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per Drawings and Quality Process Documents.
• Document and report all inspection findings and results.
• Carry out in-process, incoming, and final inspections and prepare inspection plans and related records.
• Maintain inspection documents and ensure product traceability.
