Compass Systems Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform timely inspection, testing and documentation of materials, first articles, finished products and work in process to ensure conformance with customer specifications and quality criteria.

The role requires calibration of tools and fixtures, review of certifications and adherence to AS9100 standards, with strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.

Formación

• Must have experience with Quality Control Processes and Procedures.
• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of the product and/or process being inspected.
• Thorough attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General computer data entry knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect materials for defects and verify dimensions per drawings using inspection equipment.
• Perform First Article inspections to SAE AS9102 standards and customer specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain logs including calibration records and test reports.
• Calibrate tools and test fixtures; identify and control nonconforming materials.
• Review material certifications and end-of-life requirements against specifications.
