The candidate will manage QMS protocols, develop KPIs, and help ensure adherence to customer requirements and product integrity. A strong background in GD&T and manufacturing processes is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent technical field.

Aufgaben

• Execute customer validation projects including PFMEAs, process flow diagrams, Control Plans, and MSA studies
• Analyze quality issues to perform root cause investigations using 5-Why analysis and standard problem-solving techniques
• Manage Quality Management System (QMS) protocols, KPI creation, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs
• Develop key metrics and prepare monthly quality reports for management review and CAPA board evaluations
• Focus on improving process capabilities across machining operations and special processes such as heat treating and plating
• Interface cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality control, and maintenance teams to resolve technical problems
• Establish standard work procedures to meet customer integrity requirements and maintain product quality goals
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and disposing of nonconformances while supporting customer MRB reviews
• Review internal audit findings to establish risk mitigation countermeasures and preventive controls
• Facilitate training on newly deployed quality tools, procedures, and standards for shop floor and management personnel
