Job summary

JR Metal Works LLC is seeking a Quality Coordinator to ensure our products meet customers and regulatory quality standards. You will inspect materials and finished parts, maintain calibration programs, and drive continuous improvement across production and engineering.

You will collaborate with suppliers and customers, support audits, and help maintain a robust quality management system while backing up the Quality Supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications precisely.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and records.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, parts, and finished products against drawings and standards.
• Collaborate with production to identify and prevent quality issues.
• Maintain quality records, calibration schedules, and compliance paperwork.
• Support supplier quality evaluations and material acceptance.
• Assist with customer quality communications, RMAs, and shipments.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
