Job summary

Arclin, a global materials company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on laboratory role, you will perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality specifications and customer requirements.

You'll work closely with Production, Operations, and R&D to maintain product quality, support continuous improvements, and deliver reliable products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Quality Control laboratory or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document results.
• Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and test methods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on production samples using established procedures.
• Analyze coatings, powders, and formulations for solids, pH, conductivity, viscosity, and color.
• Maintain raw material COA database.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Enter testing data into quality systems and generate COAs.
• Support investigations of quality concerns and assist with corrective actions.
• Train and orient new laboratory personnel on procedures and standards.
