Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Quality Control Technician for its manufacturing laboratory. You will perform analytical testing on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products to ensure quality specifications are met and customer requirements are satisfied.

You will work closely with Production, Operations, and R&D to maintain product quality, support improvement initiatives, and deliver reliable products to customers. This role combines hands‑on lab work with data‑driven quality analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Quality Control laboratory or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate result documentation.
• Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and test methods.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on production samples using established quality procedures and test methods.
• Inspect and test incoming raw materials to verify they meet quality specs.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment (pH meters, viscometers, other instruments).
• Enter testing data into quality systems and generate COAs for shipments.
• Support investigations of quality concerns and assist with corrective actions.
• Assist R&D with method development and product scale‑up.
