Responsibilities

• Inspects and reports on mail quality.
• Inspects outgoing mail, packaging and labeling components.
• Performs activities in Quality Control such as outgoing, CQA and final mail route inspections.
• Documents quality issues and performance measures for management review.
• Documents corrective actions and tracks follow-up.
• Prepares and presents quality status and performance improvements.
