• Minimum quality control experience in a metal manufacturing setting
• Able to read a tape measure precisely and take accurate measurements
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools preferred
• Welding experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
