Job summary

AMA-ALU CORP in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect raw materials, in-process and finished goods to ensure conformance with customer and internal specs. You will maintain quality records, contain nonconforming material, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Collaborating with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality leadership, you will help ensure aluminum containers are produced safely and consistently to approved specifications.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret product specifications, work instructions and quality standards.
• Basic math and tolerance calculations; use precision measuring tools accurately.
• Document inspection results clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections per specs.
• Identify defects and place nonconforming material on hold.
• Complete inspection records and traceability documentation on time.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain clean inspection area and follow GMP and safety rules.
