Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control & Packaging Specialist to inspect, package, and prepare custom printed label products for shipment. You will partner with team members and site leaders to ensure every order meets exact quality standards and delivery deadlines.

The 1st Shift runs 7:30 AM–6 PM, with starting pay at $18 per hour. Benefits include health & wellness, parental leave, 401K, tuition reimbursement, EAP, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong SOP adherence.
• Ability to stand during shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong color vision to distinguish label shades and details.
• Basic computer comfort / ERP software experience (or willingness to learn).
• Collaborative mindset and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Inspection: Accurately inspect, separate, slot, and package print products with a high standard for accuracy.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Log production time and materials accurately using our internal ERP inventory software.
• Order & Shipping Verification: Double-check outgoing packages, job tickets, and customer instructions to guarantee delivery accuracy.
• Team Communication: Partner with leads, supervisors, and courier drivers to communicate delays or quality concerns promptly.
• Safety & Workplace Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station while adhering to all safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
