Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Quality Control & Packaging Associate in Dallas, TX. You will inspect, package, and ship finished label and print products, ensuring zero-defect quality and on-time delivery. You will work with leads to uphold standards and utilize ERP for daily records.

The role requires attention to detail, basic ERP data entry, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts on rotating weekends. Starting pay is $17–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; basic computer literacy for ERP data entry.
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to follow SOPs and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, separate, and package printed products according to specs.
• Prepare packages and coordinate with couriers for timely deliveries.
• Log daily time, materials, and production steps in the ERP system.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area with PPE and safety procedures.
• Communicate quality or shipping issues to teammates to meet deadlines.
