Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Quality Control / Packaging Associate on first shift to support label inspection, separation, packing, and shipping activities. You will work with leads and staff to meet delivery deadlines while upholding strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Stands 2/3 to full time on the shift daily.
• Lifts 50 pounds 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.
• Requires close vision (20 inches or less) and color vision.
• Ability to embody Vestcom’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, separate, slot, and package label/print products to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure all quality standards are maintained in daily operations.
• Log time and materials accurately in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with leads/supervisors to resolve shipping or printing issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area and follow PPE rules.
