Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of quality control/inspection experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents; basic math and measurement skills.
• Fluency in English; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process and finished products against work instructions.
• Apply acceptance sampling plans per procedures.
• Maintain inspection records accurately.
• Identify nonconforming products and participate in disposition steps to reduce recurrence.
• Use basic measuring instruments for dimensional, electrical, mechanical and visual inspection.
• Complete daily inspections of equipment and maintain calibration records as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and solve quality problems.
• Enter data in Excel to analyze trends and out-of-spec results.
