Job summary

James Fisher Technologies LLC is hiring a QC Inspector in Loveland, CO to ensure product quality from incoming materials to final assemblies. You will inspect parts, measure to drawings, and document results in our QA systems, while supporting ISO 9001, ASME, NQA-1 compliance and internal/external audits.

The role requires 3+ years of ISO 9001 experience, familiarity with GD&T and CMM measurement, and the ability to travel to vendor locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical inspection and CMM programming is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in an ISO 9001 quality management system.
• QA experience with ASME, NQA-1 and/or 10CFR50 Appendix B is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to read drawings and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform IQC, in-process and final inspections using calibrated hand tools and CMM.
• Measure and verify components against drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Review and approve quality paperwork and inspection records.
• Identify and document non-conformances and coordinate dispositions.
• Prepare inspection reports and support internal audits and supplier audits.
