Job summary

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company in Tyngsborough, MA to fill QC Inspector roles. This temp-to-hire position offers flexible start times and requires attention to detail with manufacturing experience.

Shifts run 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with responsibilities including visual inspection, micromechanics handling, and accurate documentation of defects and counts.

Qualifications

• Fine motor skill and good hand-eye coordination.
• Proficient with tweezers and small hand tools.
• Able to work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• English proficiency is required.
• QC inspection experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of inductor components and assemblies per procedures and drawings.
• Handle fine wire and micro-sized components with tweezers.
• Use metrology tools like rulers, gauges and calipers.
• Fill out work documentation to record defects.
• Record time and piece counts on travelers.
