Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test products and ensure accuracy.
• Approve or reject items based on inspection standards.
• Run inspection programs for in-process and final inspections.

Skills

Ability to convert metric to inch and decimal to fractions

Strong analytical troubleshooting ability

Uses communication skills to exchange information

Ability to read and comprehend blueprints

Experience with hand gauges and non-contact inspection equipment

Knowledge of calipers, hand micrometers, and metrology equipment

Education

Certification in tool and cutter grinding (ideal but not required)
