Job summary

Mitotec Precision is seeking a Quality Inspector to champion quality in production, maintaining systems across machining, heat treatment, plating, and grinding. You will develop inspection plans, perform first article inspections, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 or similar QMS standards.

The role requires extensive knowledge of quality processes, PPAP, SPC, and gauge calibration, with hands-on use of CMM, Hommel, and Oasis equipment on a 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years quality control experience.
• Experience with Military specs, AIAG standards, IQ-OQ-PQ and SPC charting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read moderately complex technical drawings and develop inspection plans.
• Perform mechanical inspections using gauges and measuring equipment.
• Understand SPC data, gauge R&R, and PPAP processes.
• Program and manage inspection equipment such as CMM, Hommel, and Oasis.
