Job summary

Chromalox is seeking a Quality Technician (2nd shift) to join our Quality Department and help deliver high-quality thermal solutions to customers.

You will perform precision inspections with a CMM, interpret blueprints and GD&T, use micrometers, calipers, thread gauges and gage pins, and collaborate with CNC and manufacturing teams to ensure part accuracy and drive continuous improvement. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• GD&T and blueprint reading basics required.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges and gage pins.
• Strong math, computer literacy, and communication skills.
• Team player with professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision inspections using CMM.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to validate part accuracy.
• Use micrometers, calipers, thread gauges and gage pins to verify dimensions.
• Analyze data and collaborate with CNC and manufacturing teams on results.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns proactively.
