Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of machine shop or quality experience preferred.
• Experience with API Q1 & ISO 9001 preferred for QA/QC auditing.
• Ability to read and translate quality documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the DTI QMS and Safety programs and train as required.
• Perform inspections on manufactured parts and in-process inspections to ensure specifications are met.
• Control of calibrated equipment and ensure calibration is maintained.
• Track NCRs for timely closure and corrective actions.
• Verify parts are manufactured according to drawings via in-process inspections.
• Perform incoming inspections on identified products.
• Report issues that affect functionality to management.
• Document and report on incoming inspections for critical parts.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
