Job summary

Giga Energy in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure the accuracy and quality of components as they move through the supply chain and manufacturing floor. You will inspect incoming parts against tight tolerances and verify that finished energy systems ship on time, documented and built to spec.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in quality control or similar, experience with ERP systems and basic inspection tools, strong documentation, and willingness to collaborate on-site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, or shipping & receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working within an ERP or inventory management system.
• Working knowledge of inspection tools including calipers, gauges, and torque verification equipment.
• Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of freight processes, BOLs, and carrier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and quality of everything moving in and out of the facility.
• Inspect incoming components against tight tolerances and ensure finished energy systems ship on time and fully documented.
• Document processes and maintain records to meet build specifications.
