Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training, associate degree, or certification in manufacturing, electronics, or quality preferred.
• 1–3+ years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in AS9100 environment, ESD Prevention, FOD Prevention.
• Experience reading product documentation (Material Certs, Inspection Reports) and AS9102 FIRST Article Inspection Reports.
• Basic GD&T understanding and ability to use standard measurement tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Pin Gauges).
• Ability to read ANSI Y14.5 drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams, processes, or projects authorized by the quality manager.
• Determine the manner and sequence of operations for quality and AS9100 compliance.
• Assist in processing of parts and equipment.
• Compile and prepare records, charts, and communication of results.
• Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Address errors, complaints, and implement corrective procedures.
• Inspect mechanical assemblies, electronic modules, and integrated systems for defects and workmanship.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs; provide feedback for clarification.
• Support root cause investigations and CAPA related to quality issues.
