Acero Precision, Inc. in West Chester, PA is hiring a Quality Assurance Final Inspector (2nd Shift).

You will perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components and read blueprints to verify specifications. This role offers competitive pay of $21.00 to $26.00 per hour with a 15% shift differential, overtime available, and benefits including 100 hours PTO in year one, 401(k) with employer match, multiple health plans including a no-cost HSA option, and dental/vision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements.
• Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface finish defects, often under magnification.
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment.
• Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
