Acero Precision in West Chester, PA is hiring a Quality Assurance Final Inspector for the 2nd shift to be the final line of defense, ensuring each medical device component meets exact specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years of quality assurance experience.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements.
• Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface finish defects under magnification.
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment.
• Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
