Job summary

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in die maintenance, coupled with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read engineering drawings. Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule and occasional overtime required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in die maintenance, tool & die, or metal stamping operations preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of punch press tooling and metal stamping processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on punch press dies and tooling.
• Troubleshoot and repair damaged or worn die components.
• Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble dies.
• Operate surface grinders, machines, and other tool room equipment.
• Modify and improve dies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Support production teams in resolving tooling-related issues.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
