HellermannTyton is seeking an entry-level Extrusion/Punch Technician I to support safe, efficient operation of an Extrusion Machine or Punch Press. You will monitor processes, perform inspections, and complete routine maintenance with supervision, learning from the extrusion supervisor and team.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and following work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while upholding quality and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret shop orders.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience preferred and ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections.
• Report equipment issues to lead or supervisor as needed.
• Learn to troubleshoot minor equipment issues on a Punch Press or Extrusion Machine.
• Learn machine setup, materials, and packaging per work instructions.
• Read work orders to determine Part # and materials.
