Ohio Wire Form & Spring Company is seeking a motivated Production Team Member to join the Columbus, OH floor. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, fabricating wire forms and springs, and meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform quality inspections, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with teammates to maintain efficiency. Prior manufacturing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a hands-on role.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment on the manufacturing floor.
• Fabricate wire forms, springs, and related components according to specifications.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Meet daily production goals and report any equipment issues to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow.
