Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow batch records and SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials per formula independently and within a team.
• Follow batch records and ensure labels match with batch records.
• Debag and weigh raw materials into plastic containers.
• Label and stage weighed materials in assigned locations.
• Document processes per formula and SOP requirements.
• Load and unload raw materials; weigh per batch record instructions.
• Monitor processes and report abnormal conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain replenishment of stock rooms daily.
• Train new employees as needed.
