International Vitamin Corporation seeks a Production Operator to dispense and weigh raw materials, label and stage materials, and document processes per batch records and SOPs. The role supports material handling, stock replenishment, and process monitoring in a GMP environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 3–6 months of manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training new teammates is also part of the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic computer transactions and data entry.
• Read and follow written instructions, batch records, SOPs, and correspondence in English.
• Communicate information effectively with production, quality, and supervisors.
• Accurately weigh and perform material calculations and conversions.
• Follow routine but detailed instructions in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Identify and resolve routine weighing or material-handling issues with few variables.

Responsabilités

• Dispense raw materials per formula independently and in a team.
• Follow batch records and work instructions; verify labels match records.
• Debag and weigh raw materials into containers.
• Label and stage weighed materials in assigned locations.
• Document processes per formula and SOPs.
• Load and unload raw materials; monitor processes periodically.
• Maintain stockroom replenishment and clean, organized work areas.
• Train new employees as needed.
