Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture by identifying hazards and maintaining a safe workplace.
• Follow safety, quality, sanitation, and SOPs.
• Operate production machinery and equipment, including gluing and packaging.
• Learn basic machine operation, settings, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and startup procedures.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions promptly to the Production Lead.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and report concerns.
• Use computer systems to enter production information and orders.
• Utilize Excel to support production activities.
• Support tracking of output, downtime, and quality issues.
