Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse or logistics environment.
• 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is required.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming goods.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and quality; report discrepancies.
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate unloading and proper placement of goods in designated areas.
• Train, mentor, and guide receiving staff to ensure procedures are followed.
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update inventory management systems.
• Assist in cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and keep the receiving area clean and organized.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
• Process returns (RMA) and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
