Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate sizing room equipment and perform material processing activities in accordance with established production procedures and quality standards.
• Fill draw tanks with abrasive slurry, monitor product density, and manage water removal and processed material handling according to operating instructions.
• Process and settle abrasive materials into blocks, transfer materials to drying pans, and load or unload drying trays to support production activities.
• Collect and provide product samples to Quality for testing and support consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Clean and maintain equipment, pans, hoses, and work areas while following established safety procedures and supporting efficient production operations.
