Vibrantz Technologies in Westfield, MA is hiring a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations by operating sizing equipment for aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, and other abrasives. You will monitor product characteristics, assist in quality testing, and ensure consistent production results through careful handling and adherence to procedures.

You will fill tanks, manage material flow, collect samples for QA, and maintain equipment daily, contributing to safe, efficient production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Operate sizing room equipment and perform material processing per production procedures and quality standards.
• Fill draw tanks with abrasive slurry, monitor density, manage water removal and material handling per operating instructions.
• Process and settle abrasive materials into blocks, transfer to drying pans and load/unload drying trays for production support.
• Collect and provide product samples to Quality for testing and maintain product quality.
• Clean and maintain equipment, pans, hoses and work areas following safety procedures.
