Prysmian is seeking a Production Operator to safely operate and monitor production equipment, set up machines, and meet daily output goals at our manufacturing facility. The role requires sharp attention to detail and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid, stable work history; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to work any shift, including weekends and overtime.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Physically able to stand, lift, push, pull, and bend frequently.
• Basic math, reading comprehension, and reporting skills.
• Understand and follow quality standards and production specs.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment.
• Set up machines per production specifications and adjust settings.
• Perform routine checks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Follow safety programs, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout rules.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free work area and report unsafe conditions.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
