Lightning Labs is seeking a dedicated Production Line Worker to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and clean production line equipment, ensuring products meet high quality standards and are produced efficiently while following safety protocols.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Overtime and flexible shifts are available to support production needs and company growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean production line equipment and machinery according to a standard operating procedure.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety and operational protocols.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors immediately.
