Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble products or components according to project instructions, technical drawings, and assembly guidelines
• Perform fine‑motor assembly tasks requiring precision and accuracy
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery; promptly report any equipment issues
• Execute crimping and soldering activities (experience is a strong plus)
• Follow strict safety, quality, and ESD procedures
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with project standards
• Collaborate closely with the project production team to meet planning and quality targets
• Record production progress and document required data
• Participate in training to expand your skills related to assembly processes
